A. Yes of course, the radius indicates a free of charge travelling service. For anyone living outside of this area, there is an extra charge of 50p per mile.
Q.What would happen if my pet was injured whilst in your care?
A. In the highly unlikely event of this happening I will take your pet directly to your vets. However vet fees are the responsibility of the owner.
Q. I only work part time and do not need my dog walking every day, can I book dog walking on a per day basis?
A. Yes. All my prices are worked out per day.
Q. My dog can be aggressive around other dogs, would you still consider walking my dog?
A. Yes, although your dog will have to have the one on one walking.
Q.What about my keys?
A. I will collect your keys when you wish and hand them back when contacted or when previously arranged.
Q. What time of day do you visit?
A. This is flexible to suit you, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm is just a guideline and other times can be arranged.
Q. How long is a typical sitting or walking visit?
A. This is dependant on what you and your pet requires, a standard cat/dog/small animal visit would be approximately 20 - 30 minutes which ensures your pet is fed, safe and clean whilst keeping them company as curtains are opened/closed, post is moved, plants watered and alarms set if required.
This is all discussed with you personally, and I will try and meet all your needs as these can vary from person to person, pet to pet. Young animals require different attention to the elderly but both are equally important and the care needs to be assessed for them individually so that you feel comfortable leaving them in safe hands.
Q. What is the House Sitting service?
A. My house sitting services gives you the service and knowledge of security in your home. With me staying at your home for the night you will know that your pets are being looked after and getting loads of extra love and attention, not only this but your home will have the added extra security as someone will be there looking after it.
Q. are the normal hours of service for House Sitting?
A. My house sitting service runs for a minimum of 12 hours to 24 hour period
Q. Do I need to provide anything else for you to House Sit in my Home.
A. Not at all unless stated by you. I will bring my own bedding (sleeping bag & Pillow) and will also bring my own food and drink as you don't mind me using your facilities.

A. Certainly, Email or text me as often as you like
Q. Will my home be secure?
A. As secure as you have left it and more secure as daily visits include opening and closing curtains, turning on/off lights, bringing post in etc. On leaving the property I make sure that all windows /doors are secure and alarms are set correctly.
Q: Are you police checked?
A: Yes. Police references are available, I am also CRB checked.
Q. What if I am delayed on my return?
A. Please inform me as soon as possible and I will make necessary arrangements to continue to care for your pets.
Q. Do you administer medication to my pets?
A. Yes, thatís no problem, as long as I have written permission and full instructions
Q. How secure will my keys be?
A. Your keys are coded and do not have any identification to you or your house.
Q. Why should I use a pet sitter?
A. To ensure your pet is as content as possible while you are away by providing a loving, caring environment, similar to your own home.
Q. Do you come and meet us first?
A. Yes, a free meeting where we come and meet you and your pets. We like to hear all about them and understand their personalities and needs. We can discuss our services and answer any questions you may have. You can also see our certificates and testimonials from other clients.
Q. Can I specify a special diet for my pet whilst you are looking after it?
A. Yes; providing that you arrange with me in advance I can feed your pet their special diet.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. I live in Chapel en le Frith and cover a 6 mile radius free of charge, anything over this is charged at 50p per mile. Areas include Hayfield, New Mills, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Chinley, Whaley Bridge etc. Please contact me if your area is not listed.
Q. What is you cancellation policy?
A. I would greatly appreciate it if you can give me at least 24 hours notice.
Q. What else should I know?
A. I do require all animals are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment.
